Children and Young People's Participation Network

 

This consists of a bi-monthly meeting of professionals who directly work with children and young people.  The meetings cover issues such as:

• establishing what forums for consultation currently exist;
• location of forums;
• establishing which forums work well / don't work well;
• developing networks;
• sharing good practice;
• identifying research;
• raising awareness of issues for children and young people;
• examining consistency of approach used;
• facilitating consultation.
