Workstreams

The Staffordshire Children's Trust Executive (ISG) of the Staffordshire Children's Trust currently has several work streams.  These include:

• Children and Young Peoples' Participation Network 
• Communications Group 
• Integrated Service Delivery
• Information Sharing and Assessment/Common Assessment Framework [ISA/CAF]
• Joint Commissioning
• Early Years Group
• Integrated Youth Support Service 
• Planning and Performance Management
• Workforce Development

The work streams of the Trust are working groups of partner's with expertise in the particular field. These partnership groups are developing the strategies and the plans related to the area of work and are ensuring that the work moves forward. Of course the ultimate aim of all these groups is to ensure an integrated approach to strategy, planning, processes and service delivery in order to improve outcomes for Children and Young People in Staffordshire.
