Children & Young People's Plan Quarterly Performance Reports (2009 - 2010)

The Children & Young People's Plan is focussed around the 5 Outcomes of Every Child Matters, to ensure that Staffordshire's children and young people can: Be Healthy; Stay Safe; Enjoy & Achieve; Make a Positive Contribution; and Achieve Economic Wellbeing.  To underpin these outcomes The Plan also contains an additional outcome containing Children's Trust Performance Management Priorities to ensure further integration of service delivery.

Staffordshire Children's Trust Performance Management Framework.

It is the aim of Staffordshire's Children's Trust to have embedded within its governance and partnership arrangements a performance management process that will support them in improving outcomes for children, young people, and their families across Staffordshire.  The Performance Management Framework ( 144kb) has been developed to provide a clear process for supporting the delivery and management of the Children and Young People's Plan (CYPP), therefore achieving this aim.  The framework sets out what partners in Staffordshire will need to do in order that we can successfully performance manage the CYPP, the framework has been developed to complement and work with the Local Area Agreement (LAA) performance management arrangements thereby ensuring consistency of information and process.

The Quarterly Reports show the status of the indicators considered to be key in improving services for children and young people in Staffordshire.
