Children & Young People's Strategic Plan (CYPP) 2010

Royal Ascent was granted on 12 November 2009 to the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Bill, 2008-09  The Bill is now an Act of Parliament (law).  This will mean relevant statutory Children's Trust partners contribution towards the CYPP will be mandatory in 2011. 

It was agreed, at the July Children's Trust Board, that the Children's Trust will create a one year plan and develop multi-agency arrangements for 2010. Then, based on this experience, the Children's Trust can create a three year plan for 2011 - 2014 to ensure that Staffordshire are consistent with national guidance and Local Area Agreement (LAA) timescales.
