Staffordshire Children & Young People's Continuum of Need Framework (previously called the Threshold Framework)

The Children & Young People's Continuum of Need Framework is available to help partners working with children agree the level of services and intervention that children and their families may require.

The Multi-agency Continuum of Need Framework 2011 has been updated and has recently been available for consultation (which ended in November 2011).

The final version of the document will be available on this page once it has been finalised.
