Evaluation Reports

ISA implementation in Staffordshire's started in Tamworth on 9th January, 2006.  A first evaluation of the pilot took place in March 2006.  It identified lessons learned, critical success factors and made recommendations for the roll out of ISA. 

A second evaluation was carried out in July 2006.  It covered implementation in Tamworth and Newcastle-under-Lyme.
