Children's Services Directory

A Children's Services Directory is required in every local authority area.  The directory will provide practitioners with a wide range of information on local services and resources to support children, young people, parents and carers.  It should be easily searchable and should include a broad range of preventative services from providers in both voluntary and statutory agencies.  The directories can build on or link to existing directories (for example, the Children's Information Service).
